Hello! Hola! Konnichi wa! Aloha! Bonjour! Hej! Guten Tag! Witaj! Ciao! Namaste! (That was hello in English, Spanish, Japanese, Hawaiian, French, Norwegian, German, Swedish, polish, Italian, and Hindi) to everyone out there!
My name is Windy Sue (ahem…yes… my pop is Texan) I was born in the beautiful city of Aguascalientes
For those of you who have NO idea where this place is.
Planet: Earth. Continent:North America.
Country: Mexico. State: Aguascalientes.
City: Aguascalientes. Surrounded by: Zacatecas, Jalisco and Guanajuato.
Ok! And in case you’re staring blankly at those last few names and are wondering what on earth I am talking about, let me explain. Zacatecas, Jalisco and Guanajuato are Mexican states. ( A little more specific so that all may understand, Aguascalientes is North West of Mexico City)
Now you have an excellent understanding of four Mexican States.
So the point I’m getting to is that I am a happy Mexican!
Ok… also sort of American, German, Jewish, and Spanish…
I love doing things like dancing, drawing, reading, cooking, photography, playing guitar, sports (even though I’m pretty sure you wouldn’t want me in your team!…), talking to friends and being me.
I really like cozy things like poofy socks, hugging big cuddly stuffed animals (though pillows will do), sitting on a couch sipping hot cocoa on a rainy day wearing a warm sweater and looking at the Christmas tree lights… or, if there isn’t a Christmas tree, imagining one.
(eeeh, prolly just looking out the window will do).
I dislike most chocolate, which makes many people doubt my sanity. But, unless it’s Fierro Rocher, brownies, or snickers, please pass the chocolate-whatever over to my sisters, period.
I love the smell of the earth after it has just rained, sunny (not hot!) days with a cool breeze, snow (oh, don’t even get me started on this!), laughing at some random thing my sisters say or do, eating anything with strawberries or strawberry taste, watch a cute movie that makes me smile, and getting lost in exciting books.
I have two great parents, three awesome, pesky, naughty, funny, tiring, show off, talkative, great, happy, wild, obnoxious, foolish, helping, loving…. sisters! Who are all those things that only sisters are able to be!
I was a missionary in Mexico for many years, a huge part of my life that I am very thankful for. Now we have begun a new chapter in the USA and I can hardly wait to see how the story unfolds!
And if you took the last 5 minutes of your time reading this, BRAVO! Not many dare! You deserve a big squishy hug!
